David Sissac, PLPC, M.Ed. LPC
Clinical Mental Health Counselor | Certified Therapeutic Game Master
David practices from an integrative therapy model, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychoeducation, and Narrative Therapy. He believes therapy should not only foster healing but also equip individuals with practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. His approach emphasizes empathy, clarity, and empowerment — helping clients better understand their patterns, emotions, and internal narratives.
As a Certified Therapeutic Game Master, David is trained in the intentional use of tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) within therapeutic settings. He integrates gamification as a modality to enhance engagement, build social skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and create experiential opportunities for growth. With a background in esports and competitive gaming communities, David brings cultural competency and insight into gaming spaces, allowing him to connect authentically with adolescents and adults who identify with gaming culture.
David views therapy as a partnership — one rooted in understanding, growth, and the belief that every individual already possesses the capacity for change.

Aiesha McIntosh
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Welcome! I’m Aiesha McIntosh, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience supporting children and families through emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology, with a minor in Health Education and my Masters in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I have 11 years of experience as a School Social Worker. My background has caused me to have a great amount of experience in social work, child development, and child trauma. I choose to be a compassionate and dedicated child therapist who cares deeply about a child’s well-being. I find it important to create a safe and supportive space where children and families feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Throughout my career, I have experience working with children facing anxiety, depression, trauma, school-related difficulties, and family transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and social-emotional learning strategies, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every child. In addition to working with children, I partner closely with parents, caregivers and educators to promote consistency and growth in all environments.
I wanted to become a child therapist because childhood is critical time for emotional and social development. Early intervention can make a lasting difference in a child’s life. My passion is in taking the whole-child approach, recognizing that a child’s well-being is shaped by their emotional, social, academic, and family experiences. I work to understand each child’s strengths, needs and environment in order to provide meaningful, individualized support. I strive to help children build confidence, develop coping skills, and thrive in every setting they belong in. One of my favorite quotes is “Every child has the potential to shine, sometimes they just need the right support to glow.” I find it my duty to help every child I work with find their light and shine again even after trauma, difficulties, and other issues life brings.

Welcome, I am Yvonne Licavoli, MS, LCPC, NCC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Life has a way of chipping away at us, sometimes making us forget who we truly are.
We may find ourselves feeling lost, disconnected, or alone unsure of our identity, uncertain of where we belong, and yearning for someone to simply listen. Have you ever found yourself in that space? If so, you’re not alone.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself—whether you’re seeking clarity in your family life, your career, or your relationships. My passion lies in helping people rediscover their strength, embrace their authenticity, and live a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
I use a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person. We are the sum of all our experiences—mind, body, and spirit—and each part of us deserves attention and care. All of our parts matter.
I work with both adults and children, providing age-appropriate support that meets each client where they are. With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and grief. I’ve supported couples working through infidelity and communication challenges and served in the community as a job coach. My goal is to create a healing space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
