As an extensively trained Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, I employ a very client-centered, strength based approach with all clients. My areas of specialty include but are not limited to: Mood Disorders (Adults and Childhood), Adolescent Behavioral Issues, Grief/ Loss Issues, Attachment /Abandonment Issues, Relational Problems, Women’s Issues, Post- Traumatic Stress Issues, Sexual Abuse Victimization Issues, and Self- esteem problems.
